1. Basic terms and definitions

2. General provisions
2.1. 2.3. The relationship between the User and the Partner Administration arising in the course of using the User Administration Service Partner shall be governed by a separate agreement concluded between the User and the Partner Administration.

3. Terms of Use
3.1. Use of this site is possible only with the consent of the User with the terms of the Regulations and accession in the manner prescribed by the Regulations. To be able to use the basic functionality of the Site user to create an account

4. Rights and obligations of the Site Administration
4.1. 4.6. The administration is not engaged in the consideration and resolution of disputes and conflicts arising between users and between the User and the Partner Administration by using the User Administration Service Partners, however, at its discretion may assist in the resolution of conflicts arising. 5. The rights and obligations of the User
5.1. User is entitled to:

5.2. User agrees to:

6. The user is forbidden
6.1. collect personal data about other users;

6.17. carry out unauthorized access to accounts of other Members or by the selection of a password, as well as to attempt such access;

7. Guarantees and responsibilities of the Parties
7.1. User warrants that placement on the Site or transmitted through private messages information, content, and other legally protected intellectual property, their parts or copies, as well as other materials does not violate anyone's rights and legitimate interests. 7.5. 7.9. 7.15. Переход к Сайтам третьих лиц, установка программ и потребление услуг третьих лиц осуществляется Пользователем на свой риск. К взаимоотношениям Пользователя и третьих лиц положения Регламента не применяются.

8. Deleting a page

9. Other Conditions
9.1. Regulation shall enter into force upon its adoption by the user's criteria (acceptance). 9.6. All disputes arising between the Parties shall be settled through negotiations. Pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes arising from the relations regulated by the Regulation, it is considered mandatory. The time limit for pre-trial settlement of claims is at least thirty (30) working days of receipt of the claim. If no agreement on the settlement of the dispute, such dispute shall be referred to and settled by the court at the location of the Administration.
